By providing your details, registering an active email account or mobile phone number online at www.gelare.com/registration (Registration Process), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Geláre Reward Yourself Card is issued by and remains the property of Geláre International Pty Ltd (Geláre) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Geláre International Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice.
Any discount vouchers issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Geláre Reward Yourself Membership (Program) is available in all outlets in Australia, excluding Geláre mobile vans. Accordingly, points are not redeemable at any Geláre mobile van.
Members who complete the Registration Process and verify their email address by clicking on the email or text sent to their nominated email address or mobile phone number (Verification Process) are eligible to participate in the Program a and receive special offers and promotions(Verified Member). Only Verified Members can redeem points. Members who complete the Registration Process, but do not complete the Verification Process (Unverified Members) can still earn points via their card, but cannot redeem points until they complete the Verification Process.
Individuals under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to register for this Program. Parents/ guardians must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Upon completing the Verification Process, an account will be created for the Verified Member. There is a strict limit of one (1) registered account per Verified Member. Each account requires an independent email address and mobile phone number to be verified.
Subject to clause three (3), One (1) point will be awarded to a Member’s Account for each dollar spent by the Member in a Geláre outlet in Australia. Points are accrued for full priced items (excluding half-price Tuesdays, complimentary items, gift cards already discounted items and any other promotions or offers (Excluded Items)). The spend amount per item will be rounded up to the next whole dollar amount.
Points are accrued where payment is made for full-priced items, excluding Excluded Items, provided that a Verified Member’s Card is scanned at the time of purchase.
Verified members must have sufficient points to redeem against the full value of menu item using points alone. Accordingly, Verified Members cannot make part-payment for a single item using Points and alternate payment methods. For points redemptions made in accordance with this clause, alternative payment methods must be used to pay for items which are not covered by points.
It is each Verified Member’s responsibility to ensure that the correct number of points has been added or deducted for each eligible transaction.
Geláre is not responsible or liable for any unauthorised use of a Member’s account, or points by third parties.
Geláre reserves the right to verify the validity of any verified member’s details and potential redemptions and to disentitle any Verified Member who tampers with or subverts the redemption process or who acts outside the permitted use outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Points balances offered under this Program are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Points accrued in multiple accounts cannot be combined.
In the case of a lost or stolen card, Verified Members should visit a Geláre outlet and request a new Geláre Reward Yourself Card. Once received, please visit www.gelare.com/registration and complete a “lost or stolen card form” including the barcode number details of your new card. Geláre will then arrange for your existing account to be transferred over to the new card.
Verified Members Cards will be accepted in Geláre outlets across Australia. However, in circumstances outside of an outlet’s control (e.g. electrical outage or internet outage), Geláre will not be held responsible for any outstanding points which are not accrued due to such circumstances.
Geláre reserves the right to refuse a card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Geláre reserves the right to enforce any of its rights at any stage and no acts or omissions can be construed as a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a member, Geláre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the member.
Geláre’s decision in relation to all matters arising under this program is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Geláre (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in anyway out of participation in the Program. This includes any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any telephone network or line, computer system, equipment, server or provider, software, technical problem or traffic congestion on the Internet (whether or not under Geláre’s control), any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference, accrual or redemption of Points, any registration or reward claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Geláre) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Geláre, use of a card accepting/using/taking a reward or other entitlement, any tax liability incurred by a Member, or accepting/using/taking a discount offer under the Program, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
The Program privileges cannot be passed on to other to use without the cardholder being agreeable and in store at the time of the transaction.
Geláre – will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
